    I hold a diploma from Deusto Salud, and my courses are endorsed by organizations like FEF, APENB, and ANCYPEL. I am also accredited by Mindfulness Educators®, certified by IPHM and IMMA, and a member of AICM in Spain. This recognition supports my expertise in life coaching and mindfulness.
  • Do you offer virtual sessions?
    Yes, all my one-on-one sessions and workshops are held online.
  • Do you offer group sessions?
    No, at the moment I do not offer group sessions. However, I offer workshops where you can attend as a group.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    I accept money transfers, PayPal, and Bizum (Only for Spain). I will send you all of the payment information once you book your introductory session.
  • What’s your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 70% charge of the fee. For bundled packages, this percentage will be applied to the individual session fee.
  • Can I book multiple sessions?
    You have the option to book multiple individual sessions in advance for different dates. Additionally, you can reserve multiple sessions within our bundled packages.
  • Do you offer discounts for multiple sessions?
    Yes, I offer bundle packages for 4 or 10 sessions. Depending on the package you choose, a discount will already be applied to the total price. Please refer to the pricing details.
  • How much do sessions cost?
    Individual sessions are priced at 70 Euros. The 4-session bundle is available for 260 Euros, and the 10-session bundle is priced at 600 Euros.
  • How many sessions do I need to book with you?
    The number of sessions required depends on each individual's needs and progress. However, to achieve meaningful results, I recommend booking a minimum of 4 sessions. I offer a complimentary 90-minute connection call to get to know each other and discuss whether you'd like to move forward with coaching.
